About

17 years ago, Tracey embarked on a journey that would push her body to its limits and inspire others to do the same. This journey led her to study and earn certifications from institutions such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, and Lifetime Fitness.

In 2013, Tracey opened her gym, BodyTraceFitness, creating several services with a goal of improving the physical and mental health of individuals with my infamous motto, “MakeItALyfeStyle”. Tracey teaches you how to meet your goals with the centered approach aligning the mind, body, and spirit, from the inside out.

On the 25th day of January 2019, Tracey left her home en-route to yet another fitness expo, just as she had done numerous times before. However, this time, she never made it to the venue. Three days later, Tracey awakened in a hospital from a medically induced coma, soon thereafter discovering she had suffered a stroke affecting the entire left side of my body.

Trace was admitted to an in-home rehabilitation facility in Pomona California and was able to regain the ability to walk in just 3 weeks. Outside of her therapy sessions, Tracey spent her days visiting with other patients, ecstatically sharing her knowledge of health and wellness with them and staff. Just 4 weeks into her rehabilitation, Tracey was given the opportunity to teach a fitness class for the therapy staff, and soon after become the guest Wellness host of a Women’s Health Seminar at a local church in LA.

Throughout 2019, Tracey pushed herself to recover even further, and in doing so began to inspire people from around the globe. Extending her reach, she started sharing her journey on her YouTube channel, BodyTraceFit. That later geared Tracey to launch a Facebook support group titled, StrokeThatArm. It is Tracey’s mission to spread awareness of the fact that stroke does not discriminate. It can hit anyone at any time. As the new face of Stroke Today, Tracey hopes to serve as an example that with God, He can instill you with the faith needed to overcome the pitfalls that hit us all at some point. Determined to always be a source of inspiration for optimal fitness and health, Tracey will forever be undaunted in her quest to help others live their best, most fruitful life.
